1.AL-ANSAAR Charitable and Educational Trust runs for the development of the financially backward people.

2 The trust receives financial aid from its trustees as well as public forum . We have numerous philanthropist who join hands with our trust activities with their financial support for the upliftment of the society.

3.Any request for cancellations and refund of donations once duly placed shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

4.. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.

5.The Site reserves the right to use any or all information submitted by Users for purposes such as data compilation, research and evaluation, subject to applicable law.

6.All Images,Content   are subject to copyright 

7. Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content or donation  process or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the  AL-ANSAAR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL TRUST, email:aacet2007@gmail.com 

8.The trust doesn't endorses any kind of violation,if anything found hurting the sentiments of a single person or a group of people,if properly brought to the knowledge of the administration of this trust,it will certainly take necessary actions.

Applicable Law

The Privacy Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of relating to the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kanchipuram,he Images captured during the program's are absolute  property of the trust and the trust use it for the purpose of it's development
